Lore
Innate - Diplomatic Immunity: Veritus gains 80% damage reduction if he has not dealt or recieved any damage in last 5s. Effect is disabled after 1s upon dealing or recieving damage. While this effect is disabled, Veritus gains 15% attack damage and 15% spell amplification bonus.
Facet 1 - Confiscation: Stasis target is also muted for the duration. After Stasis ends, target enemy is disarmed for 2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5s.
Facet 2 - Immediate Action: Pending Measure damage increase applies to total damage, rather than only to delayed damage. All damage done by Veritus is dealt instanly, however increased damage is dealt at the end of the duration instead.
