DESCRIPTION & LORE

Description

I believe one of the problems with this item is its buildup. It also feels more like an agility carry item to counteract armor in the late game, especially with the newest change of the attacks lowering magic resistance. Now it gives a CRAP ton of agility and has a much better buildup of smaller items, which should give it more appeal despite being more expensive.

It also fully pierces debuff immunity, so no damage is wasted when attacking a BKB'ed target, and works with lifesteal, so right click carry builds are more compatible with it.

As an added bonus, it gives extra attack range to both melee and ranged heroes, and gives far more available hits, even for melee heroes, which should make this item more appealing to melee carries even with the inclusion of Dragon Lance.
