Description
This is a Power Treads late game upgrade, where you can potentially permanently put yourself in an Ethereal state or Anchored state, two states with massive downsides to them nonetheless. If you do the math with the attributes, Power Treads' toggle is basically active for all 3 attributes all at once all the time, meaning this is a great late game stat stick for Universal heroes mostly. However, this is meant to be a defensive item where someone thinks about what they're up against and how to best mitigate damage incoming while also working around the downsides both statuses bring them.
