Description
The Inert version will require a Ogre Axe, Blade of Alacrity, Staff of Wizardry and a Diadem
The complete version will require the Inert version and an Aghanim's Shard
When each version is completed player will see a new level up esque icon appear on their hud above the Agh's Icon. Once selected players will be given a choice between two abilities that they may want to upgrade. Selecting one will make the other unavailable until a completed version of Agh's Scepter is acquired.
This would obviously come with a bunch of ability balancing and tweaking as Shard and Scepter abilities would need to be balanced more closely.
